Returns

All sales are final on custom orders that have been private labeled.  Products that are not private labeled can be returned back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  To return a product please email us at support@hempwhitelabelusa.com for an RMA.

Shipping

Private labeled products ship in 7-10 buiness days.  Non private labeled products ship next business day.  We ship by USPS or FedEx.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed for fulfillment.
